Search for your route and dates, choose a flight from the results and enter your passenger details. One of our UK-based travel consultants will then confirm the live fare, baggage and conditions with you by phone or email before any payment is taken and your e-ticket is issued.
Are the prices shown final?
Prices shown include taxes and are based on live availability at the time of your search. Airline fares can change quickly, so your consultant will confirm the final price before ticketing. If the fare has changed we will always tell you before you pay.
Can you find fares that are not shown online?
Yes. Our consultants have access to negotiated and unpublished fares on many routes, especially to Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean. If you cannot find what you need, call us for a quote.
How do I pay for my ticket?
Once your fare is confirmed you can pay by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. We only accept cards belonging to the lead passenger, and we never ask for card details through an unsecured form or email.
When will I receive my e-ticket?
E-tickets are issued and emailed as soon as payment is received and your booking terms are accepted. There is no paper ticket; your e-ticket and passport are all you need at check-in.
